A British family have taken on a pet Sheep.
The now 22-stone ram was rescued as a baby by former coach driver David Palmer. He was on a nature ramble with his partner when he found the sick sheep in a patch of long grass.
David said: "There were no other sheep about so we picked him up. We took him to the nearest farm and I left my name, but nobody contacted me, so he came with us. We fed him some milk and within an hour he was running around."
David tried to leave the ram, named Nick, with farmers twice - but he refused to go. So David made him a purpose built home in the couple's garden. He apparently enjoys eating biscuits and watching TV with his owners.

How lovely is that saved from the plate to enjoy a lovely life with us humans wish there were more nice stories like that.
