All this Media Noise about Internet Crime is getting to the point that something must be done to curb the ah's...
That seems like it will be a good thing... BUT!.. there is more in it than the noise-makers see and realize... It runs along the same lines as "humanity messing with nature"... It's like how mankind imported certain biologicals to deal with specific other biological pests in various parts of the world.. then the import became a greater problem than the original pest...

You IT people, and others like you, who are proclaiming that there should be strict regulations governing the Internet, are pushing the system to create and install a full-blown Internet policing system, incorporated into the whole rigmarole legal system...

Who will pay for the policing and legals of this new Internet policing..? Air?.. Water?.. Your mummies?..
Hell!.. We all will pay for it in the form of "pay per email"... You GD meddling christian imbeciles are pushing the system to make it so we all must pay per email... And when that happens, you fools will all say, "How and Why did this happen to us?"...

It's same as a year ago when the American media was hellbent on slandering China for its internet policies... Americans blubbering about China's misuse and abuses of public Internet.. till I sent a letter to the majors, detailing how their assenine christian-yapping would quickly push China into creating their own Internet for that half of the world, "ChiNet".. then America would thereby lose out on all the money and control...
Then suddenly all the Americaner noise about China's misuse of the Internet ceased...

It's time you idiots stopped pushing for the system to force us all to pay per email.. which would make it so blogs and forums cost a hundred bucks to join...

Get The HELL OUT OF OUR LIVES, IT!.. Crawl back into your gd-holes!.. Instead why not work on saving the owls.. or the whales.. or the sea cucumber..?

Think a little.... No one is ever going to make us pay for emails. It would be impossible to do if you think about it. Think of all the Isp's in the world.

People would always find a way to bypass a payment system thats IF it was possible to invoke which it isnt.

What is more likely to happen is your governmemt will impose an internet tax... a stealth tax but even thats difficult to impose..is it a tax on the isp bill or your phone bill or both?

think of the cost to industry, exports and imports, the reliance on emails is phenominal - I send about 30 a day work related multiply that by several million in the UK alone .........tax emails Idont think so

Let's look on the positive side, too - in a pay-per-e-mail system, how much spam do you suppose there'd be floating around the system? How many invitations to give a dodgy Nigerian free and unfettered access to my bank account in return for a promise of a 45% slice of an illicit stash of 65 gazillion dollars? How many offers of Viagra or pen is extension surgery?

There are some definite pros to this idea, to be balanced against the cons ...

If we paid for emails, so would the scammers of nigeria pay for emails... Nothing would change but that we now we would be paying for emails, with the rampant criminal activity still rampant, and still everywhere... The criminals would simply ask for more money.. enough to cover their paying for emails.. and the various greed minded imbeciles and idiots who fall for their scam-tactics would pay them what they need and ask...
Internet crime only works when you've got greed minded pig-headed idiots to fall for those insane big free money scams... The crime would still be here, there, and everywhere, alive and well... And now the christinsane political, religious, and corporate, criminal parasites would hereby latch onto the new Internet money flows, just like they are sucking and chewing on our wallets and bank accounts, and lives, today, with their democratic slavery program intact and driving us like animals into hell's gullet.. controlling our lives in nearly every way we can be controlled , herded in every way we can be herded, and manipulated in every way they can manipulate us...

Even the internet criminals will be paying for emails to pay for the internet police force.. which means they won't be able to send out their millions of scab emails anymore... Essentially how they abuse the internet now, will erase their businesses when pay per email is implemented... They'll have to figure out new ways to rob people.. and they will... Then politicians will latch onto the internet money flows, and there will be no way to remove those parasites from sucking more and more money from our lives, and the internet will go all to shidt...

It's up to all of us to work together to make the internet so it doesn't need to be policed by the system's parasitic money-sucking crazies... Either we clean it up, or they'll mess it up...

The partial cure to the world's Internet troubles are in China implementing an internet for that half of the world... "ChiNet"... Europe and Canada would dump America's internet in a new york minute... but you sex-starved americans wouldn't find much triple-X nor christianity in ChiNet... For you americans ChiNet would be boring, but at least we would have eliminated you scams and crimes from always in our faces.. and the big internet entities would suddenly lose $billions.. America would lose $billions, and lose much of the controls, and it's covert spying capabilities...

The Internet needs some competition... Get it up China!..

Yup. we already pay for water to go to the bathroom, we already pay for staying warm in the winter, and staying cool in the summer. we already pay for food and drinking water. we pay to live. It's just the way it is. the governments know that we already pay for necessities, and we already spend billions on things we don't need every day. or do you really need them because it gives you comfort? things like fast food, jewelry, alcohol, noone NEEDS any of it, but it gives them comfort, it makes them feel more accepted and part of society. that is why more aspects of the internet will not be free, because the governments know that people need the internet for comfort, to feel accepted, and to rant without consequences. people will pay for it because they're so caught up in today's world, they don't see what they really need.
