There are different states of sleep. Sometimes you have 6 dreams in one night and no one ever remebers all 6, maybe one or two. Maybe you dont dream as much or your brain isnt as active when you are sleeping

i can only remember my dreams on weekends....
i thought this was weird but someone explained to me that on weekends i am more relaxed when i get up, that's why i remember my dreams....while when i'm getting up to go to work i'm usually too stressed about what i need to do that day etc so forget about my dreams immediately.
