Being clean and having decent hygiene helps. However, I'm not sure if the Brazilian wax is necessary. As far as I know, very few people actually have hair growing down there. I myself don't have any hair there, nor has anybody I've been intimate with. However, If this is the case, you can always go with laser treatment, which is getting quite popular now. Apparently after 6 sessions or so, the hair is permanently gone and won't be able to grow back [or so I've read].
