Seth Rogen says all his friends are "boy-men".
The 'Pineapple Express' star, 26, never finds himself in the company of males who act their age, and claims he has never worked with a man who has a mental age higher than 18.
He said: "To me, all men are boy-men. I don't know any man that's actually mature.
"Most people I work with are older than me and the main thing I've learned is that everyone is as dumb as an 18-year-old. They just look like a 50-year-old now. And that's kind of worse."
He added: "We're living the lives of the people we're portraying. The fact that we are young and very in touch with what people this age want gives us an advantage.
"It feels very honest."
The funnyman - who has an extensive collection of action figures - lives just a few houses away from writing collaborator Evan Goldberg and frequent co-star Jonah Hill, who he plays video games with.
