On her 13th birthday, Victoria discovers Jack was arrested over Sarah's death.

Victoria (Isobel Hodgins) sees Jasmine (Jenna-Louise Coleman) present Jack (Clive Hornby) with a newspaper article relating to his trial for Sarah's murder.

When she searches the library archive herself, she's shocked to read about Jack's arrest. As the Sugdens prepare for Victoria's 13th birthday party, she returns home and demands to hear Jack's version of events.

Jack reveals he was wrongly accused of killing Sarah, but will he be able to keep the truth from Victoria?

Meanwhile, Marlon's (Mark Charnock) guilt about his involvement in the burglary grows when Donna (Verity Rushworth) is mocked by Jimmy (Nick Miles) for her incompetence in preventing the crime.

After getting his cut of the cash from Eli (Joseph Gilgun), Marlon tells Donna he won the money on a bet. How long can he continue to lie?

Elsewhere, Kelly (Adele Silva) moves in with Jimmy at Home Farm, and has to deal with some cutting remarks from Matthew (Matt Healy).

Jimmy tries to reassures her he's sincere about their relationship, and shocks himself with the strength of his feelings for her.
