Dina Lohan Denies Pushy Mum Tag....
Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina has blasted reports she is a pushy parent - insisting it was her daughter's idea to go into showbusiness at a young age.
Lindsay was enrolled at a talent agency at the age of three and landed her first film role at the age of 11 in 1998's The Parent Trap.
The 21-year-old went on to carve out a successful career, making a successful transition from child star to Hollywood actress.
And Lindsay's younger sister Ali, 14, is now attempting to kickstart a career in the music industry - prompting fears that Dina Lohan pushed both of her daughters into the spotlight very early on in their lives.
But Dina insists it was her children who demanded to be given the chance to work in the film and music industries.
She tells Britain's OK! magazine, "No! I have pushy kids! My girls are talented. I can't say, 'You're going to get hurt so you can't proceed with your dream.' "That wouldn't be fair".
