Ingredients
750g/1lb 10½oz Antony's 'mainstay' mince
450g/1lb shop-bought spaghetti
3 tbsp olive oil
parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Method
1. Gently heat the mince in a large pan.
2. Place the spaghetti into a large saucepan of salted boiling water and cook according to the manufacturers' instructions.
3. Drain the pasta, toss with the olive oil, tip into a large serving bowl and top with the bolognese sauce. Serve with grated parmesan on the side.
