Brunei's Prince Azim has quit military academy Sandhurst in Surrey, England, after only managing one week of the gruelling year-long training course.
Azim, the son of the Sultan of Brunei, missed the morning drill on his first day, and then informed his fellow cadets he couldn't take the course, before packing his bags and heading back to his home country.
A source told Britain's The Daily Mirror newspaper: "The first couple of weeks at Sandhurst are incredibly tough. There's nothing quite like it. But for someone to quit after a week is unheard of."
Azim, a renowned playboy and party-loving royal, arrived in Sandhurst last month surrounded by bodyguards and accompanied by his father, Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah.

Before Azim - who is a close friend of Michael Jackson and is fourth in line to the throne - returned to Brunei, his father had a private meeting with the Commandant Major General DJ Rutherford-Jones to discuss the state of affairs.
