Jordan's Queen Rania has issued a message of thanks over the internet.
The royal set up an online discussion forum using the YouTube website five months ago in an attempt to break down stereotypes of Arabs and Muslims, and has said she is "very pleased" with the outcome of the it.
The queen hoped the series of daily interactive videos and blog posts would encourage discussion between young people in the western and eastern worlds.
She told The Associated Press via email: "I'd like to think I've made some people pause, reflect and reconsider ideas and assumptions they held as true, but it would be naive to think that everyone who clicked on to the page, now thinks differently."
However, she added she has noticed "changes in attitude" among the site's regular visitors.
In her daily postings, the queen has discussed issues including honour killing, terrorism and women's rights.
