The Wigan coach has ended speculation over his future.
The Wigan coach had been linked with a move to the Catalans Dragons.
The new deal will keep Noble at Wigan for at least the next 18 months with an option of a further year beyond that.
Noble, who moved from Bradford to Wigan in April 2006, was out of contract at the end of the season and had also been linked with a move to Australia.
Wigan chairman and owner Ian Lenagan said that Noble's signing was key to his view that stability is an essential part of rebuilding the club in the medium-term.
