'Coronation Street' loudmouth Becky Granger is to be jailed after going on a wild spree.

The feisty character - played by Katherine Kelly - will lose the plot after learning boyfriend Jason Grimshaw has gone to Milan, Italy, to try and rescue his marriage to estranged wife Sarah.

Becky first goes to a nightclub determined to kiss as many men as possible, and then gets into a scrap with one guy's jealous girlfriend, whose purse Becky steals.

Viewers will then see the drunken blonde flash her breasts at a group of men, as she shouts: "What do you think you're looking at? Here, do you want some of these?"

The evening of misbehaviour ends with Becky smashing a shop window and attempting to vandalise Jason's truck.

She is eventually arrested on charges of criminal damage, assault and indecent exposure. In a bid to avoid jail, Becky invents an alibi saying she was with her married lover on the night the carnage occurs, giving landlord Steve McDonald's name.

A source said: "Steve refuses to support her alibi, but Becky threatens to tell his girlfriend Michelle about their on night stand unless he backs her up."
