Rachel Stevens' Strictly show

3 months ago 28th Aug 13:00

Rachel Stevens and Lisa Snowdon have been confirmed to star in 'Strictly Come Dancing'.

The former S Club 7 singer and the 'Britain's Next Top Model' are among the host of celebrities who will all be flaunting their dancing skills when the TV talent show starts on BBC One on September 13.

Other famous faces to test their toe-tapping talent include former M People singer Heather Small, TV chef Gary Rhodes, shamed supermodel Jodie Kidd and former 'EastEnders' stars Gillian Taylforth and Jessie Wallace.

Continuing in the tradition of inviting sportsmen and women to compete on the show, Olympic swimmer Mark Foster, rugby player Austin Healy, and former footballer Teddy Sheringham will also flaunt their skills on the programme.

A BBC insider said: "There is a good selection of famous faces from TV and a few from the world of sport. It is one of the best line ups so far and we can't wait to see how they get on once they take on the dance floor."

The lineup will be completed by veteran news broadcaster John Sergeant, 'GMTV' presenter Andrew Castle, TV presenter Christine Bleakley, actor Phil Daniels and Don Warrington and Cherie Lunghi - who previously appeared in coffee advertising campaigns together.
