This Saturday (08Dec07) we saw the 4 hopeful stars try their best and fight their nerves in a desperate plea to win the public votes to get them in the final.
It was a shocking and emotional night for all. We watched Sarah getting upset about her past, we saw nervous Leon come out of his shell as he got a member of the audience involved with his performance and we even saw Rhydian sing the Liverpool FC anthem.
In week eight, the final 4 got to sing a song of their choice, so most of them picked tracks relevant to their background. Nikki however got voted off, despite probably being the most consistent throughout the live shows.
So now there’s only three acts left, it’s a battle between Simon and Dannii, as Louis is now out of the contest. He was clearly shocked to see his act go.
The next show we’ll see is the final, 3 will become 1, releasing a Christmas single, but will it make Christmas number 1?
